Hezen Cave Hotel, Ortahisar

Staying at this hotel was like finding an elegant Ottoman-style oasis in the midst of hot August weather. The rooms were not just rooms; they were like cozy one-bedroom apartments, offering a cooler retreat from the outside heat. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who went above and beyond, even providing a free light snack of bread, olives, cheese, and nuts to accompany our wine. The location was a peaceful escape in Ortahisar village, providing easy access to all the wonders of Cappadocia. The dining experience with magnificent views of Ortahisar Castle was a culinary delight with a variety of fresh and delicious dishes prepared by skilled chefs.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! The hotel is superbly located, with easy access to all Cappadoccia sights and a stunning panoramic view of Goreme. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, offering excellent recommendations for exploration. While the Anatolian buffet breakfast was a delightful start to my day, some minor drawbacks were noticeable, such as being a bit off the tourist trail. However, the overall experience exceeded my expectations and left me thoroughly impressed.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully designed, clean, and felt luxurious with a large king-size bed, big bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, natural cave walls, white wooden floors, and brightly colored furniture. The staff was outstanding and even provided access to BBC and CNN on the flat-screen TV, a rare find in other places I've visited.
